Christian Education is the ministry of doctrine, doctrine, doctrine! Jesus Christ is the Divine Teacher and He is the source of all knowledge and understanding. “All your children shall be taught by the LORD, and great shall be the peace of your children” Isaiah 54:13. The importance of doctrine cannot be over emphasized. The ministry consists of teaching programs that edify the disciple by increasing the knowledge of God and encouraging the application of learned biblical principles that change one’s life for Christ.

Children Sunday School Teacher – Do you have a heart to teach children, build into their lives and help them to know the love of God? Are you able to communicate sound biblical truths so that the littles soldier can receive and apply the Word of God? Our Sunday School is a very important time and a great opportunity for children to learn and grow.
Children Church Volunteer – Is a ministry that helps our children in pursuit of knowing Christ. Christian principles that they will have to use while they address the challenges of the teen culture are reinforced through teaching and activities. If you want to make an impact on and in the life of a youth this ministry is the place for you. You can help by being a chaperon during events and activities, by being a voice of wisdom and sharing “what thus saith the Lord” and not “what saith I”.
Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed (AWANA) – (From the AWANA Website) AWANA is an international, Bible centered children’s and youth ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs, programs and training. Our goal is to equip churches and parents worldwide to raise spiritual champions who know, love and serve Christ using integrated programs for ages 2 to 18, resources for Bible-based parenting and discipleship, child and family evangelism and specialized volunteer training.
